Woolston Brook is a small, specialist school for children and young people aged 7-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.


The school provides an inclusive environment where all learners are cared for, valued and respected. Woolston Brook School is seeking to appoint a Classroom Teaching Assistant on a 1 year fixed term basis to join our wonderful team.

The role

To work under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher To implement agreed programmes of work with individuals, in or out of the classroom. Subject to agreement of arrangements, staff may also supervise whole classes occasionally in the short-term absence of teachers, with a primary focus of maintaining good order and keeping learners on task.
