Student Support:
Assist students with coursework, assignments, and understanding lesson materials.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties.
Classroom Assistance:
Assist lecturers in preparing learning materials and resources.
Supervise classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support practical demonstrations and group work.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lecturers.
Administrative Support:
Help with lesson planning and resource organization.
Assist in grading assignments and maintaining student records.
Manage classroom supplies and ensure resources are available.
Pastoral Care & Well-being:

Provide emotional and behavioral support to students as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience in an educational or support role.
