About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and welcoming team. Our secondary SEND school caters for pupils aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs. Every day is different - you'll be helping students develop their communication, independence, and confidence both in and out of the classroom.

You'll work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support, promote positive behaviour, and help create a calm, engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with SEND pupils ora strong passion to learn and develop in this field Is patient, caring, and resilient, with a positive attitude Can work effectively as part of a team Is confident supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour Can commit to the school hours of 8:45am - 3:15pm

Pay: 82.08-90.00 per day
