Up to 110 per dayWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant who has the confidence and ability to step into a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Role
Supporting students with SEMH and emotional regulation needs Working primarily within KS1, with some support required in KS2 Building strong, positive relationships to help pupils feel safe and understood Taking on HLTA-level responsibilities where needed
What We're Looking For
A skilled TA with the potential or experience to progress into an HLTA role Strong experience supporting children with SEMH or emotional needs A calm, patient and nurturing approach to behaviour and pastoral support Someone reliable, committed and ready to make a genuine impact
