Learning Support Assistant - Primary & Secondary - Horsham
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their potential?
We are looking for
Learning Support Assistants
to work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils across Horsham schools.You will play a key role in:
Supporting pupils with SEND to access lessons Helping to build confidence and social skills Working with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans
We are looking for patient, empathetic and committed individuals with experience working in schools or similar settings.
You must have:
DBS on the Update Service Safeguarding training up to date The ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships
