We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Partner to join our friendly, supportive team at Bandon Hill Primary School, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust.

About the role:



We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Partner to join Bandon Hill Primary. The successful candidate will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our students. They must also have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.

Teaching Partners main role is to provide support for pupils with special educational needs. They will ensure that the pupils can integrate as fully as possible in the activities generally undertaken by the other children in the class to make progress.

Under the direction of the class teacher, Teaching Partners will run specific programmes and activities to assist the pupil's individual learning and social needs. They will be responsible for implanting the targets on the pupil's educational plan in liaison with the Class Teachers and the SENDCO. To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child's development.
