Role Overview




This is a varied hands-on role working as a critical member of the leasing and BD team. Providing administrative, organisational and logistical support to the team of 6.


The Team Administrator will need the ability to communicate, prioritize, build relationships and collaborate effectively.


Key Responsibilities




Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks. Managing diaries, including scheduling internal and external meetings, off-campus visits, and conferences. Coordinating campus tours for prospective customers, liaising with external stakeholders and government facilities. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders and government organisations. For internal meetings, arranging refreshments/catering, setting up meeting rooms, and preparing necessary technology. Managing travel arrangements, both domestic and international (including flights, accommodation, and itineraries). Attending and supporting meetings as required, including taking minutes when necessary. Processing and monitoring purchase orders and invoices. Producing monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Preparing high-quality documentation, including letters, presentations, directories, and manuals. Ensuring all documents are up to date, easily accessible, and well-organised in all formats.
Organising and maintaining shared drives for efficient team collaboration. Completing and submitting compliance forms as required. Maintaining oversight of the wider team to help ensure deadlines are met. Collating and submitting team expense claims. Collaborating with and supporting the wider administrative team, particularly during holiday cover or peak periods.

Person Specification




Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to last-minute changes. Capable of managing conflicting priorities and making informed decisions. Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
