As a Team Administrator in Airport Operations, you will deliver comprehensive administrative support across all levels of the team, playing a key role in enabling the successful execution of operational priorities. This role is Monday to Friday business hours, based at our Airfield Operations Facility.
Preparing and taking minutes, tracking actions on behalf of the team and steering committees and governance groups.
Monitoring and reporting on various functional databases, applications and reports.
Supporting in the preparation of documentation e.g., PowerPoint and excel.
Organising meetings and events, preparing agendas, collating, and circulating documents in a timely manner.
Developing and maintaining effective and efficient admin systems including document control, archiving and shared files.
Raising and receipt of Purchase Orders, liaising with third party suppliers in the delivery of functional requirements.
Experience with managing diaries and minute taking.
Proven experience working with business software applications including Microsoft word processing, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and changing deliverables whilst maintaining a high level of service.
Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
