The Team Administrator is based onsite at Heathrow providing administrative support for the teams onsite. This role will be onsite at Heathrow 4 days a week.




You'll be responsible for:




Supports on-boarding process for new employees. Co-ordinate IT requirements for team. Records holiday/sick leave. Maintains accurate filing and archiving systems in accordance with QA procedures. Co-ordinate phone calls & correspondence (e-mail and letters etc.). Organises internal meetings/booking of meeting rooms. Manages multiple diaries and emails on behalf of director(s) and senior team. Ensure meetings are planned, organised and accurate actions/minutes are recorded. Produces highly accurate documents in line with templates and quality requirements e.g. presentations, minutes and reports. Organises events/workshops. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.



You'll need to have:




Consistently high standards of attendance and punctuality. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) at Basic level. Confident in working with a wide range of colleagues. Effective ability to represent Mace effectively to clients and other stakeholders. Strong team working skills.
