We are seeking a highly motivated and pro-active part-time administrator to be based in our Shrewsbury office. The role offers a great opportunity to work for a dynamic training consultancy supporting our small team. Blue Edge Training offers leadership and management training programmes and coaching and mentoring to a number of well-known organisations including charities, universities, architects and members' clubs.
Key responsibilities
Diary management for MD
Admin for course programmes, qualifications, appraisals and surveys
Liaising with clients and trainers regarding course bookings and assignments
Preparation and proof-reading training materials
Booking and managing travel and hotel requirements
General ADHOC duties
Experience and skills
Must have strong previous Team Admin/PA experience
Confident with a positive outlook
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills
Focus on attention to detail
Self-starter who strives for the best
Strong team player: builds relationships, consults with others, establishes trust
Good time management
Technical expertise
Good computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to communicate via Zoom and Teams
Survey Monkey experience desirable but not essential
