We are a friendly, professional firm of Building Surveyors based in Lamberhurst with an additional office in St Leonards-on-Sea. We're looking for an organised, proactive
Part-Time Administrator
to support our busy St Leonards-on- Sea team.
About the Role:
Working three days per week (including Fridays), you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping a team on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling phone and email enquiries
Managing diaries, bookings, and project documentation
Preparing reports and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Liaising with clients, contractors, and colleagues
General office administration to support the surveyors
About You:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office software such as Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
A strong communicator with a friendly, professional manner
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Previous administrative experience preferred, ideally in a property or construction-related environment (not essential)
