Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily operations
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support the team in organizing events, meetings, and conferences
- Knowledge of social media platforms advantageous to increase visibility of the
company's social content

Ensure the department is organized and tidy
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Efficient data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and technology
- Familiarity with general office procedures and organizational skills
