Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Team Administrator to join our expanding Technical Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting front-end business growth by bridging the gap between the Technical and Business Development teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Liaise with technical sales and business development teams to provide clients with accurate, site-specific technical specifications.

Conduct U-value and condensation risk analysis using the latest approved software, and build on this by implementing new tools and software once the right training has been undertaken.

Provide technical support to our on-the-road sales team.

Review and approve warranty applications, identifying and addressing any underlying issues.

Collaborate with the Technical Director to improve current technical information, including website content, technical guides, and datasheets.

Refresh all of our technical specifications to ensure they remain accurate and compliant.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and guidelines, implementing them into procedures and documentation.

Respond to product queries and technical questions via telephone and email.

Assist the Technical Director with ad-hoc tasks, such as responding to product certification enquiries from certification bodies.

Attend technical training and be confident in implementing new information and procedures.

Once proficient in company procedures, bring new ideas and positive changes to make technical information more accessible across the business.

Ensure all assigned technical tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Collaborate with colleagues to explore more efficient and productive approaches for handling technical responsibilities.

Take over assigned technical duties in the absence of designated personnel.

Address questions from colleagues regarding technical and problem-solving approaches.

Receive complex issues from team members that require a more in-depth perspective and work to find effective resolutions.

Purchase or download essential technical papers and save them to the shared folder for company-wide access.

Keep experiment result papers organized and stored in the office.

Act as the first point of contact for technical regulation questions from the office team, and find accurate answers for them.

Write official letters and technical correspondence for stakeholders on behalf of the EWI PRO Technical Team.

Generate new specifications using existing ones for system build-ups where documentation is not yet available.

Take technical calls, delegating them to the appropriate person or resolving the issue independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
