TEAM ASSISTANT
A leading global financial institution is seeking a Junior Bankers Assistant to provide administrative support to over 25+ Junior Bankers (Analyst, Associate, and Junior VP level) within an industry group team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, ideal for candidates with customer service or administrative backgrounds who are thriving in high-volume, detail-driven environments. Full training and ongoing support will be provided
TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at the Associate level and above
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones
  • Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Organising room bookings, travel arrangements, visas, flights, accommodation and car bookings
  • Processing expenses and invoices in line with company policy
  • Providing day-to-day support on issues, queries and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Covering colleagues during holidays or absences to ensure seamless team support
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel to a high standard
  • Experience in a corporate or customer-facing role
  • Desire to grow as an assistant
  • Managing competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks
  • Demonstrating high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Communicating clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, virtually and by email
  • Collaborating as a team player while working well under pressure
  • Working proactively, resourcefully and independently with initiative
  • Exercising discretion when handling confidential information and maintaining a positive can-do attitude
