We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Student Services as a Team B&FC Coach (Basketball) on a casual basis. This role is key to supporting the development and delivery of a dynamic sports enrichment programme that promotes healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and competitive participation. You will work collaboratively across B&FC to grow the profile of basketball and Team B&FC sports, engaging students of all abilities and helping them achieve their potential both on and off the court.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading the planning, delivery, and management of basketball training sessions and fixtures for Team B&FC.
Selecting, coaching, and supporting student players to develop skills, confidence, and team spirit.
Promoting Team B&FC's competitive sports offer to boost participation and engagement across college.
Organising fixtures, coordinating logistics, completing risk assessments, and ensuring kit and equipment are well maintained.
Collaborating with the Personal Development Coordinator and external partners (including AoC Sport and Sport England) to enhance the student sports experience.
Acting as a positive ambassador for Team B&FC and contributing to the wider enrichment programme across the college
