This role provides vital support to the Fisheries & Marine team, ensuring the smooth running of team operations, workflow processes, quality assurance, and maritime coordination. Working closely with the Head of Fisheries & Marine, this position combines executive assistant duties with project coordination to enable the team to deliver excellent service to clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:



Provide executive support to the Head of Fisheries & Marine - scheduling, documentation, meeting support and absence tracking. Coordinate sub-consultant agreements, team role profiles, objectives and development plans. Support client delivery: onboarding, project logistics, arranging meetings, issuing notices, payments, cost forecasting and licence documentation. Proofread and quality-check documents; assist with ISO9001 quality systems. Help coordinate engagement with fishing communities and support scout/guard vessel operations.

About you:



Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Experience in administration, coordination or executive support. Detail-focused, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities. (Desirable) Knowledge of marine, environmental or consultancy project workflows.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
