Job Summary
The Team Coordinator supports all office staff by providing comprehensive project assistance and general administrative support. This role requires maintaining a professional company image and demonstrating an excellent telephone manner.



As the Team Coordinator, this individual will deliver overall project support to the office, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Administrative SupportElectronic project filing Appointments and Warranties (SharePoint and Tracking) Setting up project specifications on NBS Chorus and overseeing final version for issue Update project directories on One Deltek and Newforma Project uploads and downloads (not document control) Third party Supplier Site survey quotation administrations Project DBS checks Preferred Supplier List (PSL) Project playbook set up. Project Report and Template management PDF merging and conversion Formatting Reports Collating Info to create Schedules / PowerPoints and Word Changing/updating templates Purchase Order Creation and Management Completion of Supplier Questionnaires Supporting the business in general administrative duties Assisting the office manager.

DeltekSetting up new projects Adding additional fees Active/Inactive Updating/Creating new opportunities

Criteria:Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Fast and accurate typing skills Excellent administrative and organisational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Professional and courteous telephone manner Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and use own initiative Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team High level of attention to detail Educated to A Level standard or equivalent practical experience Polite, approachable, and resilient, with a friendly and professional attitude
