We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Palace of Westminster Team based in our London studio. Key Responsibilities



General Administration:

Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, meeting preparation and outputs, gathering information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Document & Presentation Production:

Produce, proofread, and format high-quality documents, spreadsheets, graphics, and presentations.

Data Management:

Maintain databases, update logs, and ensure information is accurate, organised, and accessible.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and take initiative to ensure efficient workflows.

Skills & Attributes



Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business software Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills & Experience Required



Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector. Experience working across multiple tasks or departments

Desirable



Familiarity with RIBA work stages and architectural project workflows. * Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
