What You'll Be Doing



Project Support



Lead as required on the coordination of projects, including creating and managing project plans, tracking and reporting on timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Support reporting and data analysis for ongoing projects. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Support the SLT in facilitating a timely response to bids and call-offs, coordinating input, review and sign-off as required.

Team Coordination



Organise and schedule team meetings, events, and appointments. Prepare agendas/presentations, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes. Track actions and reporting/escalation of these as required. Ensure timely communication of updates and action items. Support with the coordination of information to support complaints, compliments, and data subject access requests as directed by the SLT and/or Data Protection Officer. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation. Handle correspondence, emails, and enquiries promptly. Where required, support report writing as directed by a member of the SLT.

Communication



Facilitate effective communication between the team, and with both internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute internal communications and updates.

Compliance & Quality



Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team. CPD Stay abreast of developments across the Agincare Group, as well as in the supported living sector, and the health and social care sector in general. The post holder will be required to undertake mandatory training and any other training commensurate with their role and demonstrate their competencies.

About You





We're looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys being at the centre of leadership and operational activity. You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.


You'll have:

Proven administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing agendas, taking minutes and producing professional documentation Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to travel when required
