Team Lead Children's Neurodevelopment Service

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced team manager to join our Neurodevelopmental Service for children and young people age 0-18 years in Gwynedd and Anglesey.



The service provides specialist neurodevelopmental assessments for children presenting with neurodevelopmental conditions. We are a multi-disciplinary team consisting of clinicians and practitioners from a variety of backgrounds, as well as an established management team and an experienced business and administrative support team.



This post is a full-time post.



The ability to speak Welsh is desirable



To work in collaboration with the management team and clinical staff to ensure service delivery.



To contribute to workforce planning



To produce reports, information and data on the service when required.



To work within health board and service policies and procedures and ensure that service delivery is in line with relevant clinical guidance.



To provide regular supervision, support and guidance to staff within the service.



To conduct staff PADR's, management sickness absence and address any staff related issues as required.



To ensure that staff mandatory training and CPD requirements are up-to-date.



To support the day to day operation of the service
