• Oversee and manage client accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

A successful candidate should have:

• Previous experience in client accounting or a similar role within the property industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong end-to-end service charge accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools, MRI experience beneficial.
• A thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the property sector.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
