We are currently seeking a confident and experienced
Team Lead
to support our care team in delivering outstanding service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact in a care setting.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the care team to ensure high-quality support is provided at all times Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Support the development and training of team members Communicate effectively with residents, families, and professionals Promote a safe, person-centred care environment
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of leadership experience
Minimum2 years of supervising staff
Hold aLevel 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
or equivalent (required) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on approach to care and team managementWhat We Offer:
