Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and confident Team Lead to supervise daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You'll be the first point of contact for your team and play a key role in achieving departmental goals.

Key Duties

Lead, motivate, and support a team to deliver targets and service standards Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and manage schedules Provide guidance, training, and on-the-job support to team members Handle day-to-day issues, escalating where necessary Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor quality, efficiency, and safety across the team Report on team progress and contribute to improvement initiatives Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team environment

Requirements

Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of relevant sector operations and compliance
