We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead/Bartender to join our small team on a part-time,basis. You must be able to consistently give exceptional customer service while overseeing bar operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and manage our bartenders/kitchen staff effectively during the busiest periods of our trade.

Responsibilities
Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
Provide excellent customer service & engaging with all of our guests.
Offer both table and bar service.
Open and close the bar to a high standard.
Work hygienically and maintain a tidy workspace throughout your entire shift.
Learn about new rotational beers regularly.
Learn to make our cocktails & serve to our specification consistently.
Train new staff on cocktail preparation and our style of service.
Prepare and serve pizza, charcuterie & cheese boards to our high standard.
Ensure accuracy whilst taking orders, and serving beverages taking into account any customers allergens.
Adhering to food safety and handling regulations to maintain a 5 star EHO rating.
Assist in weekly inventory counting to complete stock orders.
Processing Transactions on till and card machines, and handling cash.
End of night cashing up and closing of till duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a bartending or food service role setting is preferred.
Front of house experience deally with guests would be an advantage.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Basic math skills required for cash handling and sales tracking.
A passion for brewing, cocktails, and the hospitality industry will enhance your success in this role.

We have experienced management in place offer any relevant training.
12-20 hours across multiple shifts Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Availability of the Christmas period is a must as you will be leading the bar on certain periods of the festive an new year calendar.
We are flexible and can share out key shifts to an extent with other team leaders and management
Ideally you will live local or a commutable distance from the bars and be looking for part time work around your studies/work/commitments. Driving licence and access to a car is preferred as public transport to these locations is not reliable.
