Team Leaders are responsible to directly manage the ground technicians as well as delivering Grounds Maintenance & Horticultural services across various contracts and sites.
Responsibilities
Reporting to operations leader, Team Leaders (TL's) are the direct link for ground technicians by supervising and coordinate their performance to deliver a variety of skilled maintenance functions for all our clients.
Leading and fostering a professional culture and support drive high standards and expectations of the business and perform any other tasks as instructed by leadership team.
Customer & Service delivery
Promote 4th Corner Code of Conduct, Vision, Mission and Values.
Adhere to all company's policies and procedures.
Ensure customer service and service delivery by 4th Corner standards.
Adhere and promote the awareness of the 4th Corner ISO accreditations and associated obligations.
Attend on site client meetings as required.
Wear the appropriate uniform attire and adhere to grooming standards.
Adhere to personal and business KPI's.
Communication & time - Keeping
Ensure seamless communication and coordination within team, customers and clients.
Keep open communications with Business Manager, Ops Manager and office team.
Able to work diligently and timely.
Plan and organise daily activities to ensure a smooth operational service delivery.
Ensure to record accurately their own time-keeping and report any concerns.

Perform all grounds maintenance core duties:
mowing, shrubbing, hand weeding, litter picking, leaves blowing, strimming, ensure clearing of ALL access points, parking, pedestrian, doors, windows. Additional duties may be required, such as, hedge cutting, edging, detailed weeding, separation work and other detailed work in order to leave the site spotless.
Remove all green waste on-site
Recycle: dispose of all waste correctly
Routine machinery maintenance
Depot and working vehicles clean and tidiness to standard at all times
Follow and carried tasks as instructed by your supervisor or management
Ensure all the daily reports are accurate and consistent through the mobile apps.
Health & Safety
Comply with Company's Health & Safety Policy and procedures
Ensure use of PPE as and when the job requires.
Follow the safety procedures whilst operating the motor equipment.
Report Health and Safety concerns to Operations Leader.
Support the Health & Safety appointed person as required.
Role Requirements
Hold a clean and valid driving license (manual).
Operational qualifications and training certificates (preferred).
Experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Strong organisational, problem solving and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Holds a proficient level of knowledge and confidence to use digital apps.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in achieving KPI's and use of delivering high standards .
