Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Rexville Solutions Limited. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our distribution center, ensuring that our fulfilment processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be vital in driving team performance and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and targets. Oversee daily fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to enhance productivity. Implement best practices in warehouse management to optimise efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high-quality service and outstanding customer care. Carry out all product picking. Packing, labelling, handling of goods, and ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to. Unload all goods safely and efficiently and ensure all are stored away accurately. Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge. Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse environment Ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded into the system Key holder

Requirements

Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) due to Chinese customers. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a logistics or warehouse environment. Experience of working within strict Health and Safety measures Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Work Days:

Monday to Friday (Some weekends)

Work Hours:

Must be able to work between 9:00 to 17:30 (may be required to work later)

Fixed Term Contract:

20 hours Guaranteed, with the opportunity to work 40+ hours per week.

The above is not an exhaustive list and in addition to the above duties and you may be required to perform other duties as the needs of our business change.

Upon successful completion of the probation period, a KPI bonus of 1,200 will be awarded, payable quarterly.
