We're Hiring - Team Leader at SPAR Stormont
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Team Leader to help keep our newly refitted store running smoothly. If you've got a passion for retail, love working with people and can lead by example, we'd love to hear from you!
About the role:
As a Team Leader, you'll assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll open and close the store, lead and motivate the team. Ensure excellent customer service and help maintain high store standards.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years management retail experience
Exceptional customer service skills Good numeracy and accuracy skills Excellent attendance and punctuality Applicants must be18+ for key holding duties

Job type: 30 hrs per week/Permanent Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
