Team Leader 37.5 hours PW

Salary: 14.44 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and proactive individual to join our team as a Team Leader.

You will be able to make a positive contribution to the lives of people we support.

The Meadows is set in Instow, nr Bideford. The Meadows is a vibrant and diverse residential service accommodating 14 adults. The Meadows will give you the opportunity to work with an experienced and dedicated team of Senior Support Worker and Support Workers.

We strive to deliver outcome focused, person cantered support to a standard which enable people to thrive and regain control of their life.

You will need experience of working with individuals whom have a diagnosis of a Learning Disability and/or Mental Health some of which may display behaviours that challenge.

You will have the right values and passion to apply for this dynamic role. In return, The Meadows can offer full training, 28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays). We operate a fixed rota system as we believe it is important for all our staff to have a work/life balance. This means you work only 1 weekend in 3.
