Enviromontel provide and install a wide selection of monitors and data loggers to meet with the exacting and increasingly more diverse demands of our clients and their engineers.

Our highly sophisticated and bespoke flow monitoring solutions provide customers with accurate and timely data gathered from a broad range of technology we are able to install in almost any type of water environment; from sewers and storm pipes to small river channels, reservoirs and culverts.

This role includes overnight stop out for various jobs.

Team Leader

Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver top-tier surveying solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accurate installation, maintenance, and data collection of our surveying equipment.

Team Leadership:

Oversee and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Technical Expertise:

Ensure the correct installation, maintenance, and calibration of surveying equipment.

Data Accuracy:

Guarantee the accurate collection and analysis of survey data, adhering to strict quality standards.

Safety Compliance:

Prioritize health and safety procedures at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for your team.

Physical Demands:

Be prepared to handle heavy equipment, work at heights, and operate in confined spaces.

Stopping Away

: With this role you will have to stop away during the week on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Desirable Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in Sewer Network Industry, with a proven track record of success.

Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire your team.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of surveying equipment, techniques, and industry standards.

Safety Awareness:

Deep commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Customer Focus:

Excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
