Location: Cannock



Godfrey Care are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Bank Street Supported Living service in Cannock. This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced care professionals who are passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care, support, and attention. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to lead, inspire, and support a team of care staff, fostering a culture of person-centred care in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.

As the Team Leader your main duties will be:



Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver exceptional support.

Ensure care plans are tailored to individual needs and regularly reviewed.

Promote independence, dignity, and choice for residents.

Support staff development through training, mentoring, and supervision.

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Collaborate with managers to continuously improve service quality.

Team Leader Should have:



Proven experience of leading a team, minimum of 2 years.

Experience of working within a complex needs and challenging behaviour environment

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
