Experienced Team Leader required

Up to 13p/hr

THE ROLE

What are we looking for :

- Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality/bar setting

- To be able to manage a team effectively

- Create an exciting environment for our guests to enjoy their time with us

- Approachable and positive personality who can be a role model for others

- Passion for delivering excellent service with impeccable attention to detail

- Someone with experience in food hygiene

- Knowledge of drink stocks

Responsibilities

- Assisting the manager with day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Oversee food and drink preparation, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices for bartending, and customer service.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and handle any customer concerns or complaints effectively.
