Team Leader & Care Assistant - Bournemouth & Christchurch - 13.50/hr + Paid Training + Benefits

Pay & Benefits:

Location:



Mix of office-based leadership and community care visits in Bournemouth and Christchurch

What you'll need:



Level 2 NVQ (Level 3 desirable) in Health & Social Care 2+ years' experience in the care sector Experience managing or supervising a team Full UK driving licence & own vehicle Kind, compassionate, and calm under pressure Fluent English skills Full Right to work in the UK

Your role as Team Leader:



Lead, guide, and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care Oversee and review care plans to ensure individual needs are met Maintain compliance with CQC standards and care regulations Act as the communication link between care staff, management, and healthcare professionals Assess and develop your team's skills and performance

Your role as Care Assistant:



Provide personal and emotional support in clients' homes Assist with daily living tasks, medication, meal prep, and companionship Drive clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities Help maintain independence and dignity at all times
