Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join the Sutton contract. In this key role, you will inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional service while encouraging active lifestyles within the community.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence. Oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance. Monitor performance metrics, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Collaborate with management on strategies for community engagement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate others. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of hospitality standards is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus. Passion for promoting health, fitness, and community engagement.
