Team Leader - Rapscallions Chichester

Ahoy there! Rapscallions is bringing the pirate life to Chichester -- and we're searching for passionate leaders to join our crew as Supervisors.

With successful bars already thriving in Southsea and Port Solent, our newest venue will deliver rum-soaked revelry, hearty grub, and unforgettable adventures. Now we need energetic, hands-on supervisors to help us deliver legendary hospitality from day one!

What you'll be doing

Supporting the management team in smooth daily operations Leading by example on the floor and behind the bar Training and motivating team members Ensuring guests receive top-tier service every time Helping maintain compliance and brand standards Keeping the vibe fun, fast and full of energy

What we're looking for

Hospitality experience -- ideally in a leadership role Passion for delivering incredible guest experiences A confident communicator who thrives in busy environments Someone reliable, hard-working and ready for responsibility A team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
