Team Leader - Children's Home
Pay: 14.25 per hour + 50 per sleep-in
Shifts: 2 on / 4 off pattern

Team Leader
to join a welcoming, child-focused team based in Leyland.What You'll Do:
Help provide a stable, nurturing environment for young people in residential care Support children with daily routines, emotional development, and recreational activities Work closely with a small team to create positive outcomes for each child
Your Schedule:
2 days on, 4 days off (includes sleep-in shifts) Around 10-11 shifts per month Set rolling rota to support consistency and work-life balance

What We're Looking For:
Willingness to complete or already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce A calm, caring and resilient approach with strong communication skills
