Team Leader

As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in guiding your team, supporting the Registered Manager, and ensuring every young person receives the care, consistency, and compassion they deserve.
Your Role:
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, ensuring high standards of therapeutic care and practice.
Supervise, coach, and support staff through regular supervisions and reflective practice.
Ensure care plans are implemented, reviewed, and aligned with each child's individual needs.
Provide a nurturing and therapeutic environment for the young people.
Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in your care.
Support the emotional, physical, and developmental wellbeing of young people.
Work closely with professionals, families, and education teams to achieve the best outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations.
About You:
Hold a minimum Level 3 diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Have previous experience in a residential children's setting.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
Have an understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic care.
Are calm, empathetic, and reflective under pressure.
Can work a flexible rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
