Salary:

14.18 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)

Working Hours:

42 hours per week across a variety of shifts on a rota


Service:

Children's Home



Service Users:

Children with learning disabilities


Qualifications Required:

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards)


Experience Required:

Experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities

Who we are looking for...

We are seeking a

passionate and experienced Team Leader

to join the team and support the Service Manager in leading day-to-day operations.


You will:


? Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals


? Promote health, well-being, education, and recreational activities


? Support young people to maintain family and significant relationships


? Complete records and documents accurately


? Assist with day-to-day household tasks including cooking, cleaning, and shopping


? Support young people with personal care and hygiene

? You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car


? You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)


? Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications


? You require sponsorship - no sponsorship available


Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
