Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

: Guide and support the team, providing coaching and supervision.

Home Leadership

: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Supporting Young People

: Assist young people in achieving personal goals, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

Coordination and Documentation

: Manage care plans, risk assessments, and liaise with external agencies, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Lead by Example

: Create an inclusive and nurturing environment for both staff and young people.

What we need from you:

Previous Experience in Children's Home. Relevant qualifications in childcare or social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for helping young people develop and succeed. Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work on a rota basis including sleep ins.
