A growing and child-focused provider is looking for a passionate and experienced
Team Leader
to join their dedicated team in Kent CT6. You'll support the day-to-day running of a well-established children's home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), with a focus on consistency, safety, and nurturing care.

a skilled senior or experienced support worker
ready to step up into leadership - or for a current Team Leader seeking a fresh and supportive environment.
Role Overview:
Support the Registered and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home
Lead and support shifts, including staff supervision and role modelling best practice
Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing environment in line with Ofsted's Quality Standards
Work closely with children to promote independence, positive routines, and emotional development
Ensure daily logs, reports, and care records are up to date and accurate
Support with training, mentoring, and onboarding of new team members
Take part in the on-call and sleep-in rota as required
Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
Previous residential experience working with children (EBD preferred)
Strong leadership qualities and team-based mindset
Committed to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
UK driving licence -
preferred but not essential
