Team Leader - Children's Services



Location:

Barton Seagrave, Kettering


Salary:

14.18 per hour

Working Hours:

42 hours per week (rota basis)

Children & young people with

learning disabilities



Qualifications Required:

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)



Experience Required:

Experience supporting children & young people with learning disabilities

Level 3 in Health & Social Care

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.

Children's Residential Team Leader

You will:


Lead and manage the day-to-day running of shifts Provide practical and emotional support to your team Support children to achieve their goals, stay healthy, develop skills, and enjoy life Ensure person-centred, high-quality practice Commit to working a variety of shifts on a rota basis
