About Us:



Acacia Therapy Homes is currently embarking on a new and exciting journey of opening new Therapeutic Emotional and Behavioural therapeutic children's homes across Staffordshire for children aged 7 to 18. The service will be embedding the ARC-PACE model for therapeutic input. Our senior management team have extensive knowledge and experience in working in Children's Residential services, as well as working with vulnerable children, young people and their families.

About You:



You will have experience of working in children's residential services for a minimum of 2 years, supporting vulnerable children and young people with Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties and / or Learning Difficulties. You will have experience of leading shifts within a residential home setting, leading and supporting the team around you to provide the best possible outcomes for the children and young people that reside in the residential home.

You will be able to provide supervision and guidance to a team that will report to you, where you will be able to provide support and development opportunities to Residential Support Workers. You will have an understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance and be able to ensure that children's plans and risk assessments are updated thoroughly.

To Be Considered:



Achieve or hold a Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce, Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent.

Have good Safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to safeguarding children and young people.

Have a full driving licence.

Ability to be flexible in working hours.

A commitment to professional development.

Be able to work a shift pattern to meet the needs of the service, on a rota basis including sleeps, bank holidays, days and late shifts including weekend working.

Support the homes manager and deputy manager in more senior duties as identified within the .
