Your Role
As a
Team Leader
, you will:
Lead and motivate a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver exceptional care.
Provide supervision, mentoring, and guidance to support staff development.
Oversee and contribute to personalised therapeutic care plans.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, regulatory, and organisational standards.
Act as a consistent, positive role model for both staff and young people.
Support the management team with rota planning, performance reviews, and training needs.
About You
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- essential.
At least
1 year's experience
in a children's residential care setting - preferred.
Previous
leadership or shift-leading experience
- desirable.
Excellent communication, organisation, and team management skills.
Resilient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting young people.
Full UK driving licence
- required.
