Your working hours


We have full time and part time roles, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. You'll also take part in our on-call system to ensure the smooth running of the service.
From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of 1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday - 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday - 7am Monday). (This does not apply to sleep-ins.)

What you'll do

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times Support with training, development, and supervision of staff Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed

What helps you shine here

Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent) Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota
