Join the UK's leading Christmas Grotto company as a Team Leader. And help create unforgettable festive experiences for families visiting Santa!
Location:
Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth High St, London SW18 4TFManagement experience is not essential. Full training is provided.
Availability:
Sat & Sun availability essential Weekends in Nov 5-6 days per week in Dec

Responsibilities:
We're looking for a confident & friendly Team Leader to oversee Santa, his Elves, and the smooth running of our Grotto.
Demonstrating excellent customer interaction Ensuring families enjoy their magical Santa visit Selling souvenir Santa photos at the counter Supporting your team Resolving issues families may have with their visit
Daily Tasks:
Open & close the Grotto Restock Santa's sacks Bank once a week Notify your head office Event Support Manager your staff have arrived
