Kenmore is a 26 bedded nursing home, specialising in the care for individuals with Physical disabilities and a visual impairment.

We are seeking a reliable and talented

Team Leader

to join the team!

What you'll be Doing

Oversee daily operations of the care home Lead and support a team of care staff Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations Develop and implement care plans Manage staff schedules and training Foster a positive and inclusive environment

What You'll Need

At least 2-3 + years' experience as a Team Leader in a care home. Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour
