Are you passionate about hospitality and people? LED Community Leisure Ltd seeks a motivated Team Leader for our Coastline Cafe & Cove Pod at Exeter Airport. Help us deliver excellent service and memorable experiences in a vibrant airport environment.

About Us

LED is a charitable trust focused on community health and wellbeing. Our cafe welcomes diverse visitors, serving breakfasts, lunches, coffees, and snacks in a friendly setting.

The Role

Oversee daily operations at the cafe & pod Support and develop your team Ensure high service, hygiene, and safety standards Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture Help drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for hospitality and customer care Desirable: Personal license & Level 3+ food hygiene (within last 3 years) Good Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) skills Desirable: Hospitality qualification (NVQ, diploma, or degree)
