Are you passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering great customer experiences? LED Community Leisure Ltd is looking for a proactive Team Leader for our Moorland Kitchen & Tor Bar at Exeter Airport.

LED is a charitable trust focused on health, wellbeing, and quality of life. Moorland Kitchen & Tor Bar serve a diverse mix of travellers, staff, and visitors with meals, snacks, and drinks in a welcoming environment.

Please note due to the early nature of shifts at the Airport you will need access to transport.

The Role

As Team Leader, you'll run daily operations, manage schedules, lead by example, and support your team to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

About You

Excellent communicator and team motivator Passionate about hospitality and customer service Good commercial understanding Strong leadership and people skills

Essential

Personal licence and Level 3+ food hygiene (within last 3 years) Microsoft Office skills (Excel)

Desirable

Hospitality qualification (NVQ/diploma/degree)
