Our team leader will be a front line supervisor who helps run the shop day to day productively, with initiative, accuracy, drive and passion.
Your duties will include customer service, stock management including deliveries, cash handling, retail system operations, cleaning duties and promoting sales.
You must have the ability to demonstrate superior communication skills. Knowledge of good customer service. Experience of team work is essential and previous retail expertise in a fast paced environment is critical. Adaptability, resilience and flexibility to handle change, varied tasks and shifting priorities with ease is critical.
Oversee completion of administration duties accurately and on time, ensuring records are maintained correctly.
We require someone who is reliable, has a good time-keeping record and is capable of working hard to meet store standards and legal operational requirements.
Must be able to exercise responsibility for the shift/team. Including guidance, training, delegation to motivate colleagues.
Perform any reasonable duties associated with the role as assigned by management.
