Position: Team Leader Community Care

Doncaster & surrounding area

Salary:

13.00 Weekdays & 14.27 Weekends + 350 joining bonus + Public Holiday enhancements

Full-time

Hours:

7am - 2.30pm or 3pm-10pm on a rota basis

As a Team Leader you will still complete care calls when required but also complete spot checks to make sure we are giving the best possible care, complete care plans and risk assesments for clients who require additional assistance. This may include helping with mobility, personal care, and daily activities in the comfort of their own homes.
