Team Leader/Senior care - 13 Greenway Park
At Cocklebury Farmhouse Homes we are striving to support people to live enjoyable and fulfilling lives. Our commitment to this is consistent for the people within our care, the people within our staff team, and the people within our local community.
This is achieved by providing the support to enable individuals the chance to explore who they are in a safe and constructive way, to live active and engaging lives, as well as interacting and supporting our local community.
Our vibrant care team is central to attaining this high level of care. Their enthusiasm and commitment creates a family atmosphere between the staff and residents that we are all proud of. In turn we aim to support the care team to make a difference in a culture where their opinion matters.
We have 3 small independently owned homes that provide accommodation and care for individuals who have a learning disability and behaviours which can challenge. Many of the individuals we support are autistic.
